Privacy Inquiries

Yes, and we actively encourage you to use it. In your WSOP account settings, head to the "Responsible Gaming" section to find several helpful tools. First, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits — once set, you can lower them immediately, but increasing them requires a 7-day waiting period. Second, the "Cooling Off" feature lets you take a break for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Third, the "Self-Exclusion" option allows you to suspend betting for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. You can also activate any of these services by reaching out directly via support chat.

WSOP has clear rules for cancelled or suspended matches. If a match is cancelled before it starts, your full stake will be refunded directly to your account — typically within 24 hours. If a match is abandoned after passing a minimum threshold (e.g., 5 overs in cricket or 45 minutes in football), some bets may be settled while the rest are voided. For Live Betting, if a match is suspended after your bet has been accepted, that bet will be cancelled and your stake returned. Detailed settlement rules Terms & Conditions on the page.
