1. General Terms & Eligibility

By using the WSOP website (wsop.best) or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between WSOP and the member.

WSOP is an internationally licensed gaming platform. The service is only available to residents of countries or regions where online betting is legally permitted. Members are solely responsible for ensuring they are eligible to use the service under the laws of their own country.

• These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a dispute, the English version will take precedence.
• WSOP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
• WSOP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for failure to comply with any part of these terms and conditions.

2. Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

To open an account with WSOP, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false or fabricated details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination if discovered.

• Age Requirement: Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• One Person, One Account: Multiple accounts cannot be opened by the same person, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method.
• KYC Verification: Prior to your first withdrawal, you must submit a valid National ID or passport along with a recent photograph.
• Contact Information: The phone number and email used during registration must remain active.
• Information Update: It is the member's responsibility to notify WSOP of any changes to their personal information.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

WSOP supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket — as well as bank transfers. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (mobile payment) / ৳500 (bank transfer).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum ৳1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawal Processing: For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Source Verification: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method. You must withdraw through the same method you used to deposit.
• Anti-Money Laundering Policy: WSOP strictly adheres to AML policies. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

WSOP offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own specific terms that members must follow. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the conditions attached to it.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once on the first deposit. 10x wagering.
• Reload Bonus: 5x wagering. Cannot be claimed more than once on the same day.
• Cashback: Credited directly to your account with no wagering required. Applicable on net losses.
• Bonus Validity: If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonuses are intended for legitimate betting activity only. Any bonus abuse detected will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Single Use: A promotion code cannot be used more than once.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

All bets on WSOP are settled fairly and transparently. Once a bet is accepted, WSOP may only modify or void it in cases of technical error or match cancellation.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only considered accepted once the bet confirmation screen is displayed.
• Odds Change: If the odds change after a bet is accepted, the bet will be settled at the original odds.
• Match Postponed or Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Live Betting: WSOP is not responsible for bets lost due to connectivity issues during live betting.
• Maximum Win: The maximum winnable amount from a single bet is ৳10,00,000. Any amount exceeding this limit will be forfeited.
• Disputes: If you wish to dispute a bet settlement, you must contact the support team within 72 hours of the result being declared.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WSOP. Violating these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match from two different accounts ("arbitrage") to abuse bonuses.
• Using another person's account or depositing via someone else's payment method is not permitted.
• Knowingly exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized method.
• Using WSOP for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.

7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

WSOP reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a terms violation.

• Temporary Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. Deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable during this time.
• Permanent Closure: Serious violations of the terms may result in account closure without prior notice.
• Self-Exclusion: Members can close or temporarily deactivate their account at any time by contacting the support team.
• Balance Refund: Under normal circumstances, any valid balance will be refunded upon account closure. This may not apply in cases of terms violations.

8. Responsible Betting Policy

WSOP takes responsible betting seriously. We want every member to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment — not as a source of financial stress or addiction.

• Spending Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may self-exclude from the platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• Reality Check: Automatic break notifications can be enabled after a set period of activity.
• Minor Protection: If you are aware of a minor engaging in betting, please report it to WSOP.

• Updated terms and conditions will take effect 7 days after being published.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account.
• Continued use of the service after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the country that issued the international gaming license.
